Full Refunds are available if no substantial work has been initiated on a project. Once a project has begun, the refund amount may be prorated based on the work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
Partial Refunds may be issued for projects that are terminated mid-way, based on the milestones achieved and costs incurred up to the cancellation point.
Please note that any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
